Job summary
A leading consultancy firm in Malaysia is seeking candidates for a technical support role focused on Tencent Cloud products. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues. - Act as the first point of contact for technical support on Tencent Cloud products.
- Handle incoming tickets via phone, live chat, and ticket.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to CVM, COS, VPC, CLB, etc.
- Escalate unresolved cases to second-line teams.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and timely response.
- Document cases and contribute to internal knowledge base.
