Qualifications

  • More than 1 year of experience in IT industry managing large-scale application support.
  • Experience in software development and Microsoft SQL Server is an advantage.
  • Proactive and comfortable dealing with clients/vendors directly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to existing clients.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of technical issues.
  • Prepare and track user manuals documentation and versions.
