• Act as the first point of contact for technical support on Tencent Cloud products.
• Handle incoming tickets via phone, live chat, and ticket.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to CVM, COS, VPC, CLB, etc.
• Escalate unresolved cases to second-line teams.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and timely response.
• Document cases and contribute to internal knowledge base.
