Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an IT Support Engineer to assist with hardware and software issues, set up new systems, and support users in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in IT deskside/helpdesk related support.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple requests.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network.
• Set up new computers and peripherals, ensuring proper configuration.
• Assist users on effective use of hardware and software through training.
