A global financial services provider in Malaysia is seeking a Client Services Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. You will be the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and complaints while collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, and a proactive mindset.
