SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Fully responsible to coordinate and resolve technical issues arise on site with customer or dealer.
  • Carry out Service, maintenance, diagnosis, parts installation, testing and commissioning of the laundry equipment at customer site or dealer site.
  • Documentation - service activities accurately and maintain records of repairs and maintenance
  • Provide accurate information to Back end office to complete the commercial offering to customer in timely manner.
  • Technical support – Provide technical support and solution for equipment’s issue effectively, online or offline.
  • Technical training – Periodically provide operations and technical training to customer and dealer.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to our products and services
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, act as a trusted advisor
  • Traveling to other country to provide support to other colleague/ customer when required.
Qualifications

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical / electronic / mechanical engineering
  • Proficient is resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to convince external parties to accept new practices, approaches, and solutions
  • Experience in similar industry of 1 – 2 years. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
