Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients for updates on shipment status.
• Handle complex issues related to shipment delays or cargo damages.
• Coordinate with internal divisions and external vendors for customs clearance.
• Oversee operations to prevent incorrect deliveries.
• Report updating, job closing, and billing advice.
• Respond to new inquiries from customers.
• Collect customer feedback for service improvement.
• Assist customers with claims for damaged or missing items.
