A company specializing in fresh produce in Shah Alam seeks an Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Manager. Responsibilities include preparing full sets of accounts, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting or Finance and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of accounting software, particularly Autocount, is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Autocount) is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Assist the Accounts Manager in preparing and maintaining full sets of accounts.
- Prepare monthly payroll and related statutory contributions.
- Handle invoices, payments, and ensure timely settlement of accounts.

Working days: Mon - Fri (8:00am - 6:00pm)
Work Location: Shah Alam, Sec 33
- Assist the Accounts Manager in preparing and maintaining full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journals).
- Prepare monthly payroll and related statutory contributions using Payroll Software.
- Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
- Monitor and managing e-invoicing
- Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 -3 years of working experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or trading industry.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Autocount) is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices, and also e-invoicing.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
