About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Account Executive / Senior Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions. • Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational activities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a similar finance and accounting role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong working knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
