A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Executive in Penang, Malaysia, to drive sales in the HORECA sector for premium beverage and culinary brands. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Business Administration and have 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience. Key responsibilities include cultivating relationships with procurement heads and monitoring market trends. This role requires frequent travel to engage with clients effectively.

Randstad is collaborating with a multi‑generational Malaysian business with a heritage spanning over decades. The client is a silent force behind some of Malaysia's most iconic household brands.
This position will be based in Penang, Malaysia and will be reporting to the Head of Sales.
- Drive the sales and distribution of our premium beverage and culinary brands into the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sector, airline catering, and industrial food manufacturing.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key procurement heads and executive chefs across Northern Malaysia and beyond.
- Work closely with our R&D and manufacturing teams to provide tailored ingredient solutions for commercial kitchens and food factories.
- Monitor culinary trends and competitor movements to ensure our legacy brands remain the first choice for professional users.
- Coordinate with our logistics arm to ensure seamless supply chain delivery to high-volume commercial clients.
- Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in the Food Service / HORECA channel
- Able to travel for work when required
