This role will lead and develop a new business division focused on direct and indirect materials for Semiconductor/ Electronics manufacturing. The position is full-time and based in Klang Valley.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through active market engagement
  • Conduct regular customer visits and submit weekly visit plans
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Present and demonstrate technical concepts and product solutions, working closely with the Technical Department when required
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding partnerships
  • Take full ownership of sales revenue and profitability, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets
  • Plan, organize, and participate in exhibitions, training sessions, roadshows, and marketing events
  • Conduct live events and deliver effective product presentations to customers
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence feedback to management
  • Contribute to team success by supporting related initiatives as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a related industry
