Job summary

A leading battery technology manufacturer in Kulim, Kedah is looking for a sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in the lithium battery market. The role involves developing client relationships, managing sales processes, and conducting industry analysis. Candidates should be familiar with product development processes, must be fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay, and have strong management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, particularly in the lithium battery application market.
  • Familiar with product development processes like IATF16949, VDA6.3, APQP, and IPD.
  • Extensive industry experience and strong team management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and connect with new and existing clients to meet annual sales targets.

  • Ensure submitted samples pass testing at client's location.

EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Kulim, Kedah

Developing and connecting with new and existing clients based on the department's annual sales target plan;

Regularly visiting clients and managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients;

Handling client visits and factory audits, and ensuring submitted samples pass testing at the client's location;

Organizing negotiations and signing of various agreements with clients, providing quotations, securing orders, achieving annual sales targets and contract amounts, and successfully developing new clients;

Providing clients with shipping documents on time and arranging reconciliation, achieving monthly and annual payment collection plans;

Closely monitoring industry trends, collecting and analyzing competitor information for superiors to use as a reference for client sales planning.

Accept quality complaints, opinions, and suggestions from customers, supervise the handling process, and provide feedback on the results to improve customer satisfaction.

In accordance with the marketing center's management regulations, complete and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports in the CRM system on time and with high quality.

In accordance with the company's production safety management regulations, we must strictly abide by all production safety provisions to prevent safety accidents.

Requirements

Possess at least 5 year of sales experience, be familiar with the lithium battery application market, especially cylindrical batteries, have existing customer resources and extensive industry experience.

Understand product development processes such as IATF16949, VDA6.3, APQP, and IPD.

Have rich industry experience, strong team management skills, a positive work attitude, good professional ethics, and be willing to travel frequently. Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay.(Need Liaise with customers and the sales centre of HQ,China )

Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and OA systems.
