Job summary
A leading financial services company in Malaysia seeks a qualified individual to manage financial statement preparation, compliance verification, and project performance analysis. Applicants must have a degree in Accountancy or equivalent accounting qualifications like ACCA/CPA. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team. Strong skills in SQL and Microsoft Office are essential for this role, which demands interaction with senior management.
Qualifications

- Previous audit experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review and oversee preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Verify financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze project performance monthly and prepare budget plans.
Skills
Education
- To review and oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- To review and verify the financial statements to ensure the accuracy and compliance with Group policies.
- To complete the reporting requirements and meet the reporting submission deadline.
- To analyze the project performance on a monthly basis.
- To prepare the company annual budget plan and quarterly forecast.
- Tio prepare the monthly cash flow projection for the company
- To implement effective internal controlsand compliance with company standard operating procedures.
- To liaise with auditor taxation, bankers and other institution.
- SQL, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of financial regulations.
- Degree qualified in Accountancy and /or ACCA/CPA qualified.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to work independently, effectively both as an individual and team.
- Previous audit experience and relevant working experience is an advantage.
- Preferable candidate with a good attitude, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, diligent, mature and able to interact with Senior Management.
