The Logistics and Asset Reliability Coordinator is responsible for coordinating logistics activities and ensuring the reliability, availability, and proper maintenance of company assets. This role supports operational efficiency by managing asset movement, maintenance coordination, inventory control, and reliability reporting while working closely with operations, maintenance, and external service providers.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience in logistics coordination, asset management, vehicle maintenance support service center/workshop a definite added advantage.
Knowledge of asset management or CMMS systems is an advantage
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
2-3 years of proven working experience in similar role
Organizational and Time Management Skills: Essential for managing multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Abilities: The capacity to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues, such as shipment delays or damaged goods.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders, from warehouse staff to senior management and external vendors.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in using logistics software (ERP, WMS, TMS) and standard office software, especially Microsoft Excel, for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in reviewing documentation and tracking data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
