Job description

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence, acquire new customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves frequent travel, face-to-face customer interactions, product presentations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to present products and solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts, provide after-sales support, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable products/pricing.
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow-ups until deal closure.
  • Meet and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor activities to improve strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, finance) for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities when required.
  • Produce regular sales reports and forecast updates.
Job Requirements
Education

Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields

Experience

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or business development

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome

  • Experience in B2B industrial or technical sales is an advantage

Work Location and Hours
