Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at H3A CONSULT SDN. BHD. in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is integral to the strategic objectives of our Construction and Surveying business, working to deliver complex construction projects to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analysing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and other financial documents for construction projects
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitoring project costs and budgets, identifying potential savings and efficiencies
• Providing expert advice and guidance to project managers and construction teams
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally within the Construction industry
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimating techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and technical data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as CAD, scheduling, and cost management systems
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions
