Required to perform quantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.

- Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant Technical Director/Assistant Technical Director/Senior Team Leader [SATD/ATD/STL].
- Assists SATD/ATD/STL in day-to-day duties on all projects handled.
- Attends all Project Co-ordination, Technical or Site Meeting of projects under their care.
- Assist in preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations, measurement of Bills of Quantities.
- Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by SATD/ATD/STL/TL.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience except candidate with exceptional qualities.
