What you'll be doing

• Assist the senior quantity surveyors in the preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Participate in the procurement and tendering processes, including negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor and track project costs, identifying potential savings and efficiencies
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects
• Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
