Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience for Junior Quantity Surveyor or more than 5 years’ experience for Quantity Surveyor Executive.
• Experience in infrastructure-related construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams on costs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Assist in progress claims and variations.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities and cost analysis reports.

Few Vacancies available: Junior Quantity Surveyor (minimum 2 years’ experience); Quantity Surveyor Executive (more than 5 years’ experience)

Experience in construction projects, preferably infrastructure-related (roads, bridges, drainage, etc.).

Able to converse in English and Mandarin.

Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and project financial control.

Proficient in costing software (Glodon, CostX, AutoCAD, or similar) is an advantage.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and able to work under tight deadlines.

• Assist in progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BQ), material specifications, and costanalysis reports.
