Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of working experience preferably with main contractors or subcontractors.
• Experience with consultancy firms is an added advantage.
• Assertive, analytical, and systematic with the ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants on preparation of Bill of Quantities.
• Monitor and ensure accurate measurements and timely completion for BQ.
• Prepare budget monitoring reports for monthly meetings.
• Check and verify final accounts according to contract requirements.
