Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure timely execution.

Monitor site progress, materials, and manpower arrangements.

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.

Assist in preparing site checklists, permits, and inspection forms.

Prepare daily reports, site documentation, and inspection records.

Ensure all works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Enforce safety rules and assist in toolbox briefings.

Assist the Site Supervisor / Project Manager in planning and execution.

Handle site administrative tasks when required.

Preferably with shipyard site-based coordination experience.

Strong understanding of site safety protocols and quality control standards.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to travel and work at the site when required.

Able to work independently and handle challenges on-site.

Must be able to converse in Mandarin for effective communication with the team.
