Job description

Lead, develop and manage a group of production supervisors toensure that the production processes aligned with specified key performance indicators such as quality, productivity, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, absenteeism, continuous improvement and profitability.

Strategize for future sustainable growth of the company, ensuring continued expansion of customer base and further expanding on the profitability of the company.

Responsible for Planning, Organizing, Directing & Controlling relevant aspects manufacturing operations.

Maintain close working relationships with the Quality Assurance, Engineering & Supply Chain, Customer Service, HR team members to ensure operational tasks are coordinated and executed efficiently, effectively and safely.

Develop standards for Quality, Productivity Cost Control, Waste Reduction, On Time Delivery and Safety & Environmental standards.

Establish long term operation directions / objectives and specify the strategies and action to achieve them.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of relevant Production management experience in a lead role or management position with strong CNC/precision machining/Metal Fabrication/sheet metal background.

Sound knowledge of Production operations metrics/ system, such as QMS, ERP, Resources Management.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong problem solving skills and result oriented.
