Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager / Assistant Production Manager to oversee daily production activities, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain product quality within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor daily production operations
• Ensure production meets quality standards, timelines, and output targets
• Supervise and guide production staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Oversee stamping operations and machine processes
• Implement and maintain safety procedures and SOPs in the production area
• Coordinate with QC, warehouse, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements
• Monitor production efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize processes
• Prepare production reports and documentation
