Job description
OOH Strategy & Planning
  • Lead the development and execution of Samsung’s OOH strategy in line with global marketing objectives.
  • Review existing and proposed OOH sites to identify opportunities for optimisation, consolidation, and strategic expansion.
  • Evaluate site relevance, formats, reach, and visibility to maximise impact and cost efficiency.
  • Support annual and campaign-based OOH planning, including budget optimisation and site prioritisation.
OOH Execution & Operations
  • Manage end-to-end OOH execution, including briefing, site booking, creative adaptation, production, installation, and post-campaign review.
  • Work closely with marketing, media agencies, landlords, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality executions.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure installations meet Samsung’s premium brand standards.
Governance & Brand Alignment
  • Build partnership frameworks, value propositions, and execute brand partnership strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Ensure all partnerships align with brand guidelines, positioning, and governance standards.
  • Manage approvals, legal compliance, and risk assessment related to partnerships.
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance processes and external regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential brand partners, platforms and collaborations that enhance brand relevance and reach.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in OOH, media planning, brand governance, or integrated marketing, preferably within a multinational or premium brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of OOH formats, production processes, and media landscapes.
  • Proven experience working with global brand guidelines and multi-layer approval processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of brand consistency and quality control.
