Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager by preparing all necessary backup relating to change requests.
• Preparation of progress report, construction schedule, inspection of site works, attend site meeting and monitoring of works progress.
• During construction phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget and safety, utilize and maintain tools; schedule and document management to track and record project performance.
• To coordinate and supervise job site activities and provide technical assistance when needs arise.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Inform management of productivity, costs, quality control, document management and processing of applications for payment. Notify management of any issues that arise which effects quality, budget, progress and safety.
• Communicates with client, consultants, subcontractors, supplier or its related parties on technical and contractual obligations to achieve a smooth and efficient implementation of the project.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and execution of project on site.
• To ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings and specification, complete on time and within budget.
