Job description

As a PE (Production Engineer) within LUXSHARE PRECISION (M) SDN. BHD', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's electrical/electronic engineering production processes. This full-time position is based in Parit Buntar Perak, where you will be responsible for driving continuous improvements and optimising production workflows to meet the organisation's strategic objectives.

What you\'ll be doing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes for electronic products.
• Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and production teams to ensure smooth product transitions from design to manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide technical support to production teams.
• Prepare process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimise processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Continuously explore new technologies and techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency.

What we\'re looking for

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Open to all levels: fresh graduates or experienced engineers in a production engineering role, preferably in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, PCB assembly, SMT, or electronics production is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical/electronic engineering principles, production processes, and quality control.
• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
