- Quality & Training Leader: Setting the benchmark for all coffee preparation, leading daily quality checks, and conducting hands‑on training on espresso calibration, latte art, and advanced brewing methods.
- Team Leadership: Supervising daily shifts, assigning tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a positive, energetic team culture.
- Operational Management: Assisting with shift changes, cash handling, inventory management, and ensuring the café space remains clean, compliant, and well‑stocked.
- Customer Experience: Leading by example to resolve customer concerns and fostering a welcoming, high‑energy atmosphere.
- Experience: Minimum 1‑2 years as a senior barista or shift lead in a high‑volume café.
- Coffee Expertise: Deep, verifiable knowledge of coffee theory, extraction science, and machine maintenance.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and maintain high standards of performance.
- Reliability: Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, especially under pressure.
