Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a candidate in Johor, Malaysia to manage stock levels, distribute work orders, and ensure quality and efficiency in production. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Business Administration or Planning Management, has strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, and can quickly resolve problems. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Daily up keeping of stock level of sub material record. Request for replenishment if the stock level low.
  • Arrange the distribution of work order / purchase order and other documents to individual department.
  • Updating the work order status to production from time to time.
  • Planing and arrangement of work order closing.
  • Ensure all job meeting the quality & time requirement efficiency to upgrade from time to time.
  • Provides other support to production and management as required.
  • Confirm the job order after approved by Department Head with signature.
  • Receive the material & check according to Purchase Order.
  • Assists in the analysis of sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
  • Prepare job order, PO, and handle job order issue.
  • Communication and confirmation the job order with supplier China.
  • Issue the Good Return Note to supplier if the goods received found not in acceptable quality/ not in correct quantity.
  • Prepare Outwork D.O. / Outwork Pass Out Note
  • Make arrangement for delivery, receiving schedule, collection & updating the status of sub-con jobs to PPNC & production.
  • Closing the Sub Con for manual jobs to Accounts Dept
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration Management or Planning Management.
  • Good coordination, communication, and quality control work skills in manufacturing processes.
  • Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills.
  • Works with integrity and ethically.
  • Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required. Prefer can speak English and Mandarin because need deal with supplier from China.
