Job summary

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (manual or ERP).
  • Issue raw materials and components to production as per job orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
  • Organize and maintain the store area for easy access and safety compliance.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist in audits.
  • Ensure proper labelling and storage of materials to prevent damage or contamination.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material requirements.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain housekeeping standards in the store.
  • Need to assist in other areas.
  • Work closely with QC.
  • Provide support in production from time to time.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Skills: Knowledge of inventory control systems and MS Office; Ability to operate forklifts or material handling equipment (if required); Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
