A leading air filtration solutions provider in Malaysia seeks a qualified HVAC Specialist to assess customer needs and provide optimal filtration solutions. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with 3–5 years of experience in technical sales and a strong understanding of HVAC systems. Key responsibilities include offering technical support, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective solutions. A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills are essential.
Assess customer requirements, site conditions, and HVAC system configurations to recommend optimal filtration solutions.
Provide technical support during project design, tendering, and commissioning stages.
Prepare and deliver proposals, technical documentation, and cost-benefit analyses.
Collaborate with sales, product manager, engineering teams and customer service team to ensure proposed solutions meet performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability requirements.
Stay updated on HVAC standards, IAQ regulations, and filtration technologies (ASHRAE, ISO, EN, DOE, etc.).
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
Provide feedback to product management to support continuous improvement.
