• Ensure timely project tender process and technical specification compliance.
• Coordinate regular meetings with consultants for project quality.
• Review documents prior to tender issuance to meet contract requirements.

Job description

Project tender process rolling out timely

Regular meeting with consultants to ensure technical specification is captured and tender drawings are in order.

Carry out render documents review prior issuance of tender to ensure contract requirement is captured.

Complete the project according to contract & on time.

Collaborate effectively to ensure team goals are achieved by providing input in decision making.

Projects problem solving to ensure contractor adhere to contract specification, safety compliance and quality.

Review procedures and processes related to project quality control & procedure

To ensure site progress is parallel with billing stage schedule in order to generate timely flow.

Liaise with architect for issuance of billing certificate timely.

Liaise with local authorities to ensure submission compliance are in order.

Liaise with authority for CCC inspection.

Coordinate with consultants to obtain G forms for CCC compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• 9 years of experience in Project Management involves in high rise, township, residential & infra works.
• 4 years of experience in project implementation involves township, residential & commercial.
