Job Description

1. Adhere to the Company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) established policies, and actively contribute to fostering a positive SHE culture through teamwork, accountability and mutual respect.


2. Set up the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.
   
   
   
   • Calibration smart grader
   
   
   
   


3. Monitor and control of the process parameter to optimize the production output and quality standard.

4. Perform equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs.

5. Perform regular and routine equipment maintenance (AM) to ensure production capacity and quality.

   • Cleaning
   
   
   
   


6. Repair and clean the equipment when needed.


7. To report to engineer/Supervisor of operations problem for trouble shooting. To conduct troubleshooting and work closely with maintenance technician or engineers for repairing machinery breakdown.


8. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.


9. Communicates clearly with Supervisor/engineer/ colleagues at the end of the shift by highlighting the operations performance especially on the production status, output and any items bearing on safety, quality & efficiency.


10. Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.


11. Identify and report unsafe operations to supervisor/Engineers immediately.


12. Conduct periodic checks on output efficiency.


13. Assist Supervisor/Engineer in training new production operators to follow the work standard and GMP to operate the equipment during production in safety manner and maintain the equipment in clean and organized manner.


14. Any task assigned by superior in timely manner.

Qualifications

• Diploma Holder in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical)


• 1-2 years of working experience in Production/Maintenance/Engineering field or related


• Willing to work on shift and based at Sitiawan, Perak.
