Job Descriptions:

To assist Production Manager to develop packaging material standard spec and standardize production process

To conduct testing and trial for production packaging material and process.

To furnish trial report and follow up on the status to ensure meeting timeline.

To coordinate with QA or Engineering Dept. on testing/trial or packaging materials issue.

To involve in ad-hoc project/task assigned by superior.

To perform lab testing task or other relevant lab testing.

To continuously and actively contribute to the initiation of improvement projects for the betterment of the company in packaging material and production process.

To involve in the training of subordinates or employee of the company in areas identified.

To prepare weekly and monthly KPI report for management review.

Skills and personalities:

• Requires Bachelor Degree with a focus in Food Technology or related discipline.
• Requires minimum 1 yearof food manufacturing experience.
