In this crucial role, you will be responsible for nurturing and inspiring our youngest learners, guiding them through the foundational stages of early childhood education.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster cognitive, physical, social and emotional development
• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment that encourages children's curiosity and love of learning
• Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's holistic development
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the overall success of the Kindergarten programme through teamwork and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• A recognised Early Childhood Education qualification, such as a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Demonstrated experience as a Kindergarten or Preschool Teacher, with a passion for nurturing young minds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Creativity, flexibility and a genuine commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Registration with the relevant early childhood education authority
