- Sound knowledge of construction & architecture, or corporate world.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize within set timeline.
- Able to build and maintain networking with cheerful & positive attitude.
- Willingness to work at office with full dedication and responsibility.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentations to meet developers' set deadline.
- High-level communication skills and can solve conflict with all parties.
- Proven ability to negotiate & handle property, construction, engineering, hospitalism & wellness industries.
- Experience working towards and exceeding targets set by the management.
- Preferably with digitalized marketing and online meeting skill.
- The ability to self-motivate and preferably to motivate team members.
- Able to generate work report within C RM system and daily updates within set dateline.
