Associate - UI/UX Designer (Digital Hub)
We are hiring a Junior UI/UX Designer to support the design of our digital products, including web systems, websites, and mobile applications. You will work on projects across multiple industries, collaborating with project and cross‑functional teams to create wireframes, user flows, interface designs, and prototypes, and contribute to improving usability across all platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in translating user insights, business needs, and technical requirements into clear UI/UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and basic interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
- Support user research and usability activities, including preparing materials, observing sessions, and summarizing findings.
- Participate in requirement discussions and collaborate with project and cross‑functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Present design work, participate in reviews, and iterate based on feedback.
- Follow design guidelines and ensure consistency across screens, flows, and interaction patterns.
- Maintain organized design files and assist in reviewing developed features to ensure alignment with designs.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Human–Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (academic, self‑initiated, or internship projects accepted).
- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals through a clear, structured portfolio, with basic proficiency in Figma for wireframing, interface design, and interactive prototyping, as well as knowledge of user flows, hierarchy, layout, and usability principles.
