Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for all business units, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates across multiple channels.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and align recruitment plans with business objectives.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
  • Oversee and guide the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and maintain operational excellence.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team lead role (Manager) and 9 years of progressive recruitment experience (Senior Manager), preferably in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing recruitment teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communications skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on operational capability.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and talent market trends in Malaysia.
