• Flight Planning & Coordination

  Plan and monitor freighter schedules, ensuring alignment with operational and commercial objectives. Coordinate with operations control, load control, and ground handling teams for smooth flight execution. Monitor flight loads, uplift, and turnaround performance to ensure schedule integrity.

• Capacity & Revenue Management

  Work closely with the cargo sales and network planning teams to optimize space utilization. Analyze load factors, yield, and capacity deployment to maximize profitability. Support charter and ad-hoc freighter operations, ensuring commercial and operational feasibility.

• Operational Performance

  Track daily freighter performance and address operational disruptions proactively. Prepare reports on performance metrics such as OTP (On-Time Performance), load factor, and revenue per flight. Coordinate with maintenance and flight operations for aircraft availability and schedule adjustments.
