Job Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding coordination.

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Handle payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and salary adjustments to support accurate payroll processing.

Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave, benefits, and payroll matters.

Support employee relations by assisting in handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Coordinate training programs and assist in performance appraisal exercises.

Manage work permit and visa processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Liaise with government agencies, insurance providers, and statutory bodies to ensure HR compliance.

Provide administrative support including office maintenance, document filing, and meeting arrangements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
