Job summary
A property development company in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Sales Executive responsible for promoting projects and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have at least an SPM and preferably a year in the property industry. Responsibilities include attending to customer inquiries, participating in sales events, and ensuring show units are well-maintained. This role offers a chance to develop skills in sales and marketing within a growing firm.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the property industry or related field.
- Experience in the property industry is an advantage.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and overall business objectives.
- Promote the company's projects and attend to customer inquiries.
- Prepare leads report and ensure proper recording in CRM.
- Participate in sales launches and promotional events.
- Maintain show units and ensure they are in good condition.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback for improvement.
Education
This role will be responsible to promote the company’s projects actively to achieve overall business objectives and providing prompt services to assist customers during and after-sales.
- The candidate must possess at least an SPM.
- Has experience in the properties Industry would be an advantage.
- At least 1 year (s) of relevant working experience in the property industry or the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales.
- Achieve individual sales targets and overall business objectives.
- Actively promote the company’s projects, arrange presentations and meetings with prospective clients, attend to customers’ inquiries and provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales.
- Participate in all sales launches and promotional events locally or oversea.
- Prepare leads report, compile and solicit registration database and ensure proper recording in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Upkeep and ensure show village/show units / sales office/exhibition booth are in tip‑top condition.
- Assist appointed real estate agencies whenever needed.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback to improve overall sales delivery and service quality.
- Liaise with customers, solicitors, bankers, authorities, consultants, and creative agencies to produce the desired results in achieving sales budget and branding strategies.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
