Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in full set accounts.
• Experience in Property Development field preferred.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Finance department.
• Lead financial planning and cash flow management.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop financial projections.
• Manage credit control and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Develop and implement efficient financial Standard Operating Procedures.
