A leading investment firm in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Capex Resource Planner to manage their long-term investment plans. Responsibilities include preparing investment proposals, capacity planning, and ensuring budget compliance. Candidates should have a degree in Business or related fields and relevant experience in Capex Planning and Manufacturing. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities to collaborate across departments.
We are looking for (1) Capex Resource Planner / Industrial Engineer who will be responsible for our company's long-term Capex Investment Plan to support Business Expansion timeline and ensure spending within approved budget.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Preparation of Capex investment proposal for the capacity ramp-up to meet the committed capacity ramp timeline.
Responsible for planning premises and basic data maintenance.
Responsible for capacity planning (process equipment planning) and equipment ramp readiness as per timeline.
Responsible for investing cost planning and spending according to approved Capex Investment.
The candidates will possess:
Educational Background: Degree in Business/ Business Administration/ Economics/Supply Chain or related discipline.
Relevant experience in Capex Planning, Manufacturing or Business Strategy is required, covering key tasks such as budgeting, ROI analysis, procurement of capital assets, etc.
Knowledge of in-depth analytical & problem-solving skills to define problem statements and provide proposals to resolve complex topics.
Able to anticipate issues & challenges and provide proposals & measures to resolve them in a fast and agile way.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
