Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Oncology)
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Territory Management
    • Promote oncology‑related pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
    • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
    • Drive product inclusion in formulary lists and procurement pipelines.
    • Manage territory business plans and customer segmentation databases.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, pharmacists, and decision‑makers.
    • Conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
    • Provide post‑sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
    • Submit monthly reports with performance metrics and corrective action plans.
    • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Science, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales (oncology preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to prepare and execute territory business plans and meet performance metrics.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently.
