Job description

Develop and maintain material requirement plans based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align schedules and priorities.

Prepare and verify customs documentation for import and export shipments.

Ensure compliance with local customs regulations, tariff codes, and trade agreements.

Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies to resolve clearance issues.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs declarations, and inventory movements.

Generate reports on planning performance, lead times, and customs clearance status.

To execute the improvement activities including Correction Action, Prevention Action, 5S, Kaizen and Safety.

To deliver any job request assigned by the Manager.

To commit towards company Integrated Management System (IMS).

To perform any task assigned by the HOD which is related to your job scope and in line with the business needs, if and when required.
