Job summary
A reputable company in Johor Bahru is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Executive for a full-time role. Responsibilities include issuing Purchase Orders, monitoring purchasing activities, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in procurement-related software. Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong understanding of purchasing processes and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Issue and review Purchase Orders based on approved requisitions.
- Monitor purchasing activities for compliance.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure best value.
- Coordinate with suppliers on order status.
- Maintain purchasing records and ensure proper filing.
