We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, and capable of supporting the daily administrative operations of a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain and update records and documents accurately
  • Assist with inventory and procurement paperwork
  • Support HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks
  • Answer and direct phone calls or enquiries as needed
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or inspections
  • Assist in Health and Safety Matters
Requirements
  • SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
