Job description
- Responsible on conducting purchasing activities
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for orders & invoices
- Maintaining good records of purchases, pricing, invoices and other important data
- Ensure order are delivered within the timeframe by keeping good relationship with suppliers & vendors
- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies & procedures
- Ad-hoc tasks to support other team member
