Job summary
A global technology firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Lead Contracts Analyst. This role involves reviewing and negotiating procurement contracts in both English and Japanese, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of contracts experience, a BA/BS degree, and strong negotiation skills. Additional responsibilities include mentoring team members and collaborating with business lines. Candidates should be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- 8 plus years of contracts experience.
- Experience with Oracle applications is desired.
- Excellent research & problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft and negotiate standard and non-standard contracts.
- Validate contract packages for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare contract status reports and complete processing.
