Qualifications

• 8 plus years of contracts experience.
• Experience with Oracle applications is desired.
• Excellent research & problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate standard and non-standard contracts.
• Validate contract packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare contract status reports and complete processing.
