This is through achieving sales targets for assigned division (Fin Stock) in terms of volume, margin, and revenue, and ensure sustainability of the business through strategic planning and implementation.
Lead and engage lateral and team members to achieve desired results. Long-term coaching and development of team members for positive encouragement and development of employees.
Provide prompt and reliable value-added services to all customers emphasizing problem-solving and ensure all receivables are collected on time.
Undertake the role and accountabilities of the specialist in Export and Key Account Management for the desired outcome of all assigned accounts.
Lead the sales team to service existing customers, develop a new customer base, and work closely with the marketing team to promote our products to the relevant markets.
Collate, analyze and conclude market sentiments and competitor intelligence for business development. Survey reports and potential, competitive and intelligence analysis and update industrial opportunities, threats, trends, and issues.
Lead, contribute, and participate in new solutions, product, and regional business development.
Manage approximately 40% global traveling when the need arises.
Support & work across internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Finance, Technical team, R&D, Customer Development & Procurement, as well as external stakeholders.
Preparation of strategic, short, and long-term plans for business development.
Operational duties including processing of new product costings, proposals to close new customers, new order management, deliverables to customers, and relevant tasks.
Any assigned tasks, transfers, projects, and job by HOD.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Business, Science, Engineering, and equivalent. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum 15 years career and 7 years’ managerial experience.
Have experience (By Industry) working in the electronics, HVAC, manufacturing, automotive, or B2B trading industries.
Skills: Intermediate skills in business development platforms. Preferably advanced user in all Microsoft applications. Familiar with AI-driven technology and CRM programs.
Aptitude: Highly experienced in stakeholder and team engagement. A curious, driven and “can do” aptitude towards the unknown opportunities and hunger for career development with a passionate orientation on leadership, people, and independence.
